On September 11, 2026, BayLUG joined San Jose’s “Fridays at the Lake – Movie Night” at Lake Cunningham Regional Park, helping kick off an evening centered around The LEGO Batman Movie. BayLUG members were there displaying a variety of small, medium, and large MOC’s (My Own Creations). The club also featured a DUPLO Train activation, where kids of all ages got to play engineer and build their dream train layout.
Throughout the evening, BayLUG members helped visitors interact with the displays, answered questions, and encouraged builders both young and old to explore their creativity. BayLUG’s participation, along with LEGOLAND Discovery Center Model Citizens, complemented the evening’s LEGO theme and provided a welcoming introduction to the local LEGO community.
